If you have Received a "default" response from Transport NSW or Sydney Trains? Lodge a complaint to the NSW Ombudsman on the grounds that Transport NSW is being "improper or irrelevant" in addressing your concerns.
e.g. A commuter wrote to Transport NSW about safety issues faced at Birrong station as a result of the forced interchange. Transport NSW's only response of stating the need to interchange without addressing the safety concerns is irrelevant to the complaint.
