Objectives



  • Restore the Inner West Line to pre-October 20, 2013 (Liverpool to City via Regents Park)
  • Restore direct train services from Liverpool and Bankstown to City via Regents Park
  • Use Regents Park station as the interchange between the Inner West and Bankstown lines
We would also like the Government to conduct an urgent review of the Sydney Trains timetable.

The commuters of the Inner West, West and South Western Sydney suburbs request the restoration of the Inner West Line for all stations between Homebush and Liverpool. The restoration of the Inner West Line with services to pre-October 20, 2013 levels such as a direct train from Liverpool (and Bankstown) via Regents Park/Lidcombe to the City Circle.

Other important areas of attention include:
  • The need to improve parking around Lidcombe and Birrong station
  • The need to improve lighting, security and accessibility at Birrong station
